How To Do A Perfect Burpee

If you thought a burpee was that thing you do after guzzling a pint or a can of Coke, then you're sadly mistaken.

A burpee is, in fact, a fully body exercise that will get your heart rate up and work you from head-to-toe. You can do burpees anywhere, so no need for that hefty gym membership.

Squat and put your hands on the floor

burpee 1

Jump back into a high plank

burpee 2

Do a push-up

burpee 3

Jump your feet back up to your hands

burpee 4

Jump to standing

burpee 5

Jump in the air

burpee 6

And repeat.
