A hilarious map shows the U.S. from Alaska’s point of view

We in the lower 48 states rarely see things from Alaska's point of view. Even though the state is huge -- about the size of the entire Midwest -- Alaska is often an afterthought in maps, shrunk down and pushed into the corner. To show the lower 48 states exactly how this feels, Brilliant Maps created this funny map. Alaska is front and center, while the continental U.S. appears as a tiny, distorted blob.
